Casey is a Spokane native and graduated from Whitworth University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management. Prior to attending law school, he built a successful career in manufacturing and distribution management. While attending law school at Seattle University, Casey was an associate editor of the Seattle University Law Review and worked for a local nonprofit providing employment and training opportunities to individuals recently released from prison or jail.
